Join us in celebrating 20 years of the Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival. This year's events will be an opportunity to look back with nostalgia and forward with anticipation, and to reflect on how far we have come.

Overview

The 20th Anniversary Festival will feature:

  • twenty-five belly dance and drumming workshops taught by Australia's best teachers and overseas guests
  • a 20th Anniversary Gala Ball on opening night with fabulous performances and live Arabic band
  • a concert featuring the very best of the past and present and starring the fabulous Tanyeli of Turkey
  • sparkling shopping at the Bellydance Souk
  • and the return of the all-day Festival Follies Bellydance Showcase

2010 CONCERT AUDITIONS
